The staff at Promise Pediatrics is excited about taking care of your children. Everyone here loves new patients and there are always appointments available. The average wait time in our waiting room is only 15 minutes. We allow plenty of time for you to ask your important questions. We strive for your child to be happy and healthy. Dr. Baughman graduated from Medical school in 1994 and finished his residency at University of Mississippi in 1998. Dr. Baughman's passion for caring for your children shows the minute he greets your child. He is married and has 3 children and lives in the Ringgold area.

Dr. McCroskey completed her residency training at TC Thompson Children's Hospital and is Board Certified. She is a Chattanooga, Tennessee native.

Nurse Practitioner Hensley is board certified with special interests in allergy, asthma, caring for newborns, and adolescents. She is married with one child. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
